We realise that all businesses work and capture information in different ways, so we decided to allow all administrators to create their own custom fields.
- Click on Automate Job Request
- Create new code (this can be anything and will be the code you use when adding a new job request).
- Populate one or more fields which you want to automatically have these values added into when creating the new job request.
- Save by clicking 'Create New Reference'
This new automatic code field will now appear at the top of your job creation screen.
